To provide and maintain the service.

To connect your account with your orthodontist when you explicitly enable that feature.

With your orthodontist if you connect your account through a share code.
With service providers that help operate the app, such as infrastructure, authentication, analytics, and monitoring providers.

With your consent for any other specific purpose.

Data retention and deletion

We keep personal and treatment data only for as long as needed to provide the service and comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion of your account and data from within the app or by contacting us.

Children's privacy

Fixu is not intended for children under 16 years old. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can remove it.
